  Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

  As part of usual business practice, Rose Creations reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if your order has not been approved / processed by us.

  LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS:

  • Custom made and Made to order products.
  • Orders placed using store credit.
  • Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse.
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
  • Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organised by us.
  • Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

  RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR READY TO SHIP ORDERS:

  • All ready-to-ship orders within India are eligible for return within 2 days of receipt of the order. All tags should be intact and the garment should be returned in the same condition. Refunds against the return shall be processed within 7-10 business days once the garment has been received at our warehouse.
  • Ready-to-ship orders from outside India are not eligible for return.
